Concerning reservations
Q. What is the reservation system ?
A. Our clinic is by appointment only.
We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but please understand that evenings and Saturdays will be crowded. If there is any change in your schedule, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible.
Q. After the device has been set, how often do I have to return to the clinic ?
A. For treatment adjustments, please come back once every 1-2 months. If the device malfunctions or if you experience any pain, please contact us and we will perform a checkup before your next appointment date. If you cancel an appointment and don’t reschedule another for a long time, this will lengthen your treatment term, so we recommend that you come on your scheduled appointment dates.
Q. Can I have the same orthodontist every time ?
A. We can arrange for a specific doctor if a patient requests that, in that case, our ability to schedule appointments may be less flexible. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. When is the latest possible time I can make an appointment ?
A. The latest possible time for an appointment changes depending on the contents of your treatment for that day.
For example, on days when our clinic closes at 7pm, if your treatment is scheduled to take one hour, the latest possible reception time will be 6pm.
