We want as many people as possible to get a brighter, more perfect smiles but without attracting attention to their orthodontics. With this idea in mind, we opened our first orthodontics office in Shin-Matsudo in 1983. Since then, encouraged by the smiles of our satisfied patients after their treatment was completed, we opened Japan's first invisible orthodontics clinic, E-LINE, in Nishi-Azabu. This clinic was relocated to Kudanshita in May 1998 with the purpose of providing a more sophisticated treatment environment.
Moving forward, we will continue to strive to make lingual orthodontics more common and to create a superior clinic and laboratory which offers the highest quality treatment.
A brief history
1979: Graduated from Tokyo Dental College
1979: Tokyo Medical and Dental University
1983: Founded Takemoto Orthodontics Dentistry
1988: Founded E-LINE Orthodontics Dentistry
Currently Dr. Takemoto is conducting a number of educational activities in Ferrara University (Italy) and in 20 other countries. He also spends his time developing the lingual-side orthodontic appliances such as the STb, as well as making constanct improvements to such appliances.

Every year, over 5000 orthodontists attend seminars and lectures held by Dr. Takemoto around the world to learn about the high quality, professional treatment skills and the advanced treatment environment of E-LINE.
Also, in order to continuously provide high quality treatment, new lingual orthodontics devices are always under development.
